The Tip the Author extension for Bitcoin and Altcoin Wallets has been used successfully by WordPress admins to enable tipping of article authors as well as tipping of answers in the DW Question & Answer plugin, a plugin that lets you create QA sites similar to stack overflow.

In version 3.1.0, it is now very easy to add a tipping UI either above, or below, forum replies in the popular bbPress plugin. Just enable the feature in the plugin’s settings:
