    Hi,

    My idea is rather simple, but I’d would greatly appreciate an opinion(s) about how to create functionality for the following:

    1. user deposits USD to his/her website wallet.
    1.1 The full amount gets automatically converted to on-site currency (custom token) with a pre-defined rate. (the rate must be dynamically changeable by the site admin).

    2. User makes a withdrawal request.
    2.1 The amount specified of custom token will be swapped back to the USD (again- with that defined rate) and sent back to the user bank account (or PayPal..)

    I know, that the same outcome is doable with an exchange or woocommerce , but those solutions would be clumsy and take too many clicks. I need the process to be very simple and effortless.

    Hello,

    Unfortunately this functionality is not offered by this plugin.

    What you are describing is a different plugin altogether. It would require development from scratch. You will need to contact a developer willing to implement it.
