If your coin adapters are in a “responding” state, then it sounds like your wallets are locked. To check if your coin adapters are locked or unlocked, go to Wallets -> Adapters, then check under Withdrawal lock.
If you are using a passphrase to encrypt the wallets, enter the passphrase in the coin adapter settings. You can control how long the passphrase you entered is retained in Wallets -> Cron job -> Time to retain withdrawal secrets. If you change this setting, you should re-enter your wallet passphrase.
Please let me know if this doesn’t work for you.
with regards
December 7, 2018 at 8:53 am #5200AnonymousInactivehello alex
i did not use a passphrase password for my adapters
December 7, 2018 at 10:25 am #5201alexgKeymasterOK. Be careful not to confuse the RPC password with the wallet passphrase. These are two different things, make sure that you know the difference.
So, is your adapter listed as locked or unlocked?
December 7, 2018 at 10:44 am #5202AnonymousInactiveyes the difference I know 🙂 and the adapters are umlocked

Could it be that your cron job is not running? Did you try to trigger it manually? If withdrawals are attempted after triggering the cron url a few times, then it means that your WordPress internal cron trigger is not running. You can remedy this by setting up a unix system cron. But first test to make sure that this is the problem.
Let me know please.
December 9, 2018 at 11:50 am #5219AnonymousInactiveif i now manually cronjob from earlier comes this error message “Could not contact server. Status: parsererror Error: SyntaxError: Unexpected token < in JSON at position 0”
December 9, 2018 at 6:06 pm #5220AnonymousInactiveif i confirmed the cronjob externally also nothing happens you can still give me a tip
December 10, 2018 at 1:16 pm #5223alexgKeymasterYou would only get a JSON parse error like the one you describe if the JSON API does not return JSON but an HTML response, such as a 404 error.
To be clear, to correctly trigger the cron jobs manually, go to Wallets -> Cron job, then click on the link displayed on that admin page. The result should be “success”. Do you get a different result when you do this?
December 10, 2018 at 6:32 pm #5224AnonymousInactivethe cronjob I did for Manuel is sometimes, it works sometimes, it doesn’t work. Can you tell me with which server you tested the plugin? cpu ddr?
December 10, 2018 at 6:37 pm #5225alexgKeymasterThank you
I am not sure what you mean by “type of server”, I am trying to determine exactly what you observe, so I can understand what the problem is.
To be clear: When you hit the cron trigger url in your browser, sometimes you get a “success” result and sometimes you get what type of response?
December 10, 2018 at 8:10 pm #5226AnonymousInactiveWhite page . on what server have they tested the plugin the data from the server on how much ddr save and what a cpu kernel the plugin tested on?
I think my server is overloaded who I confirm the cronjob Manuel
December 11, 2018 at 9:43 am #5228alexgKeymasterHello,
The plugin already runs on a multitude of server configurations. It is highly unlikely that the cpu or memory is the problem. In any case, you should be able to see if your memory is exceeded by scanning your php/mysql error logs, or via some dashboard.
When you trigger the cron job manually, sometimes you get success, and some times you get a white page in your browser. This means that some times there is a PHP error. So:
1. Could you please check your logs for errors? There should be something there.
2. Also, when you get a white screen, does the browser immediately finish loading, or does it look like it is still loading for a few seconds before giving up?
3. Does the problem persist if you deactivate your coin adapter? Or is the result always success when the adapter is deactivated?
Looking forward to your reply.

Please see https://www.dashed-slug.net/bitcoin-altcoin-wallets-wordpress-plugin/full-node-multi-coin-adapter-extension/ for an example of how to add a coin.
If you are encountering white screen errors then there will be other errors in your logs besides this one. Fix this issue, then observe the logs a bit more.
If there is no blockexplorer for this coin, then simply set the two fields to empty strings, i.e.
'explorer tx uri' => '', 'explorer address uri' => '',
