No, actually the reason is that you have signed up with a plan for EU businesses, but the tax information (VAT IN) you submitted does not check out on the VIES system. Could you please check the number you provided? Thank you.

The dutch VAT numbers has a alphabetic character in it. I’m not able to enter a alphabetic character in the profile.
It works if you fill in B01 at the end of the number in my profile.

The VAT number for the Netherlands, starts with NL and ends with B01.
